made fire arrows glow when held or dropped, in

making them light stuff up while they are flying should perhaps be part of the projectiles API.
The x_bows mod seems to have picked up pace again. We'll test separately against some release, I assume we'll need to integrate a lot.
The maker said they'll make it an API, not sure how much they managed.
fire arrows now glow when held or dropped
This is partially live
at the moment i'm using the "partially fixed" tag to indicate both that a partial fix has been created, and a partial fix is live.
if we want more detail, we need to split issues like this into a "fixed" part and a "remaining" part.
