Laylem reports a bug:

I'm planning on making an ice rink... and I was wondering if we could get some different colors for ice. Without sacrificing the slippery effect!

Should we maybe make the wet ice see-through, so that Laylem can place coloured blocks below?

does it need to be cut-able? laylem didn't mention that.

thin ice from caverealms is already see-through, though it's not slippery. it could easily be made slippery. however, that wouldn't look as good as having actually colored ice.

another option is to use my moreblocks update, and let thin ice be cut-able into only 1/16 slabs, which could be placed on top of colored blocks.
