Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Actually the circular saw IS public already, everyone can take from it. But at the same time it is a named block.
This is an interesting point. Perhaps the saw should have a toggle for owned/protected/public.
This ties into the "unify chests" task and we should extend this task to "unify owned blocks"
However I cannot find that task atm - will append as soon as I do
as i've done a lot of work on the circular saw recently, as well updating the feature from cottages (see e.g. the threshing floor currently), i'm working on an update to add such a button to the saw, though i probably will make it separate from the existing huge PR
