JeCel reports a bug:

Found a way of making wheat seeds endlessly (and therefore flour, if you're using the handmill). When you put for example 30 wheat into the threshing flour, you get 30 layers of straw and 30 wheat seeds. The 30 layers of straw can be crafted into 10 bound straw, which can be crafted into 10 straw. The 10 straw can then be crafted into 30 wheat allowing you to start the process again.

no, the previous fix didn't completely close the loop. blergh. need a distinction between "threshed" straw and "wheat" which still has the seeds on it.
