This kind of already exists, there's a chance of digging seeds from grass, and seeds in a grid make mulch.
This is probably about using the grass produced by machines sensibly. This occurs en masse as a by-product when harvesting the growth of soil. At best, you can make cut grass with grass and hay and reed it later or use the hay in the oven as fuel. But as a by-product of a machine, this is not enough. From jungle grass you can also do a little more in contrast to normal grass.
Mulch would therefore be good. The hay could also be used for paper making or for the production of rammed earth. And what is completely missing in YourLand: horizontal ropes. They could have a very high material expenditure, which they are also devoured in the RL from a lot of grass to ever thicker ropes. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Queshuachaca

alternatively, grass could be added to group:seed. i don't think that conflicts w/ any current mechanics.
proposal: similar to "1 tree + 8 leaves -> 4 mulch", we could add a "1 tree + 8 grass -> 4 mulch" recipe.
