On the one hand, yes, I wondered the same once and then immediately must have forgotten. On the other hand there might be people who built their ice palace with icebrick bridges BECAUSE you don't slip on them. I'd vote leave it as it is OR make it a very tiny bit slippery, just so that it is barely noticeable.
