digdeep reports a bug:

There is an NPC at Viskasteel that is completely blank, as in if you were to right-click it, it would tell you to save an npc file first. this NPC is called Carl and is in the building to the right of the Viskasteel gates.

The "bug" part is that only the owner can grab such an npc. I need to make it that staff can grab him, too. Or at least server priv
