I think they should turn into a permanent light source instead of a temporary one, given how expensive they are relative to torches.

I'd prefer them not become permanent. If they added permanent lightsources, this would lead to littering and it would make the fire arrows more powerful than the non-permanent balrog whip.

the balrog whip is a weapon, and honestly, i think perhaps the fire that it makes should disappear far more quickly. but that's a different issue.

this is about shooting torches around a cave to light it up to see how big it is. how is what players currently do to light up caves any different, littering-wise? though i will agree oerkki will have more trouble removing torches from the ceiling...

just overall, i think arrows should have more uses. no-one uses fire arrows rn, they should have a real use.
