The build is quite nice, by a player named White_Feather. It's floating slightly, it's in the shallows. The build is quite far from Haven, though it's only 800 nodes from Finntown.

White Feather promised to make a proper foundation last time I talked to him - only that he hasn't shown up anymore. I'll vote "leave it" and wait, if he doesn't show up in a year or so, we'll make it a quest destination and build the foundation ourselves.
