Multiple times in more recent history, I have tried to enter server (Your-Land) on MT, and it says, Sorry we are full... Problem is, there were only between 13-20 people when it said that (on many occasions), and prevented me from joining...

This is part of the defense against the makeworld drama. Looks like we need a bit more finetuning. I told the user what it's about.
