because it now shoots fire w/ right-click. will fix.

should i fix this (personally, i really want to, and i feel like other players will riot if we don't)
i could fix this by creating a general mechanism to override item right-click behavior to allow them to be repaired w/ the anvil. would you want that?
if no to the above, i could also just override the balrog whip behavior itself instead. would you want that?
