As soon as we start writing explicit server rules, we need to write all of them. I'd like to avoid that. Also, not all modified clients are bad. People with poor eyesight may want to modify theirs to see better or similar.

Do hack clients give you an unfair advantage over others? Yes. Is that excellent towards others? No.
