Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

This sounds like something that is unfortunate but could happen during lag. After a moment MT realizes what is up and corrects itself though, or I'm misunderstanding the issue.
this is expected behavior with lag, items are not duplicated or lost.
Closing this. debiankaios has been told many times about the reason for these issues.
