Hm. I'm testing something else, but apparently incresing
move_resistance
affects boats as well....Maybe we should add that to the status effects and define a "swimming" effect?
Hm, maybe, though changes to player physics via "status effects" are subject to interaction w/ lag.
There might be a way to have it not affect the boats, though that'd require some experimentation and research.
