Checked, could not find anything suspicious in the post office, asked the reporter to explain the issue further to me or show me around next time we meet ingame.
Lazer wrote back, then I understood what he meant and found the rope, too.
When I asked Alias about this, it turned out this is 1. a secret area in the sewers 2. players were not supposed to find yet 3. and nobody told me about the area. Well, lazer found it and I wrote him back that this is a work in progress and will still change, so no need to worry about it right now.
Also, of course, thanks for the report. If it had been an abandoned place I'd have removed the rope without blinking an eye.
