Sailboat is laggy and cannot be picked up #1115

Today several users struggled with their sailboats while exploring the Maravillosa area. Lupercus couldn't pick his sailboat up after use and had to abandon it.

-> create an item that picks the sailboat up

also Lupercus recommends taking a look at this older mod for better code and functionality than the mod we are currently using

The mechanic is not implemented yet, but the icon exists.

Regarding lag, not much can be done I guess. I wonder how ponys are non-laggy, compared to boats and carts.
