It's inside area 1138 named "quarantine" and owned by AliasAlreadyTaken.
"Mimic glue" tends to do that - break into blocks that fall. So, just another instance "mimic shot into sky", I think.
Found a torch there, didn't notice any ladders. Also one floating healing tree NE-ish, chopped it down.
I think this was triggered by hitting a player with an NPC wand.
Maybe what type of block at those coords can give a clue? Flowerpot or something?
I have removed the cobble pillar and left an easter egg there.
Currently this point is inside juscool's protected territory "juscool_home", surrounded by a sandstone wall.
But there are some unprotected cobble/dirt boxes and flying trees south of it.
Checked this area: there is a small town called "Hinterland", I see no devastation.
Most of the issues with unwanted pickups can be solved by requiring player to hold a button to start the item sucking.
But if hoe is still a problem, then auto pick up can require an item: literal…
