tested it and it is true. You cannot drink the water, it doesn't get used up when you drink it and you can't even put it down as decorations anywhere.

Upon further research, this item is only ever used in the crafting of mochi and lacks the complete "on_use" line in the register_craftitem function.

My suggestion is to replace the glass of water in the recipe through a regular bucket of water and

cut this item entirely OR
repurpose it as the most basic of beverages that heals you 0.25 and returns an empty drinking glass, you would create it by using a bucket of river water with an empty drinking glass.

code fixed, farming:glass_water is consumable now, but this has to be tested.
