mrminer reports a bug:

suggestion: add /clear_junk command. You could run this on a subarea of a masterarea you own to remove all locked blocks from that subarea. this would be useful for rentals and stuff

There are two conflicting desires at play here: The holder of the master area should have full control over what's going on in his area. The owner of a locked chest should be sure noone can touch his chest.

So far, we removed empty named blocks and locked chests for masterarea owners, if they can't do it themselves.
