Currently it is

8x rainbow_ore:rainbow_ore_ingot + 1x rainbow_ore:rainbow_ore_block => 1x yl_commons:rainbow_02
1x yl_commons:rainbow_02 => 9x rainbow_ore:rainbow_ore_ingot

Proposing change to:

9x rainbow_ore:rainbow_ore_block => 1x yl_commons:rainbow_02
1x yl_commons:rainbow_02 => 9x rainbow_ore:rainbow_ore_block

It only makes sense because there is already:

1x nyancat:nyancat_rainbow => 9x rainbow_ore:rainbow_ore_ingot
9x rainbow_ore:rainbow_ore_ingot => 1x nyancat:nyancat_rainbow

Depending on whether or not you want nyancat:nyancat_rainbow to be uncraftable (too late, that ship has sailed) so only possible by finding in the wild, etc.

The rainbow_ore:rainbow_ore_block and yl_commons:rainbow_02 are useful for decoration, so have them be a symmetric recipe, also resolves #2394
