So apparently when you place a petz (cat in this case) on their bed (petz:cat_basket) they fall just under it, like the place would be completely empty...

QA: Now cats placed in cat beds appear a good distance above them. I'm not certain whether that is a good solution. But it IS a solution.

this is exactly what i tested, in a dozen different locations. even beds floating in mid air, or under other blocks. the kitty goes directly into the bed and falls asleep.
