Dirac reports: Change the recipe for silicon ... #4450

Dirac reports a bug:

Change the recipe for silicon lump to be more chemically accurate. Silicon metal is industrially produced by reducing SiO2 (e.g. sand) in the presence of carbon (e.g. coal, or charcoal). New recipe could simply replace steel with coal/charcoal in the current recipe. Or, for balance & realism (Sio2 is used in excess), it could yield only 2 lumps.
