i don't understand what this means. the gazer shoots a bullet that turns into poison gas, not goo. the head block never becomes goo, but it *does* teleport when you hit it. do you mean, that if you hit it w/ the balrog whip, it doesn't teleport, or what?

testing in single player shows it teleports every time a damage "tick" occurs, even.

See the block aroudn the head "free" of gazer gas? That's where the light-emitting block is generated. Most likely a balrog whip is not necessary to reproduce, even a torch might.
