Mototank reports a bug:

when I kill scorpions I get Insect Shells, but scorpions are arachnids(class scorpions) not insects. I cannot find any usage for these shells also

That's kinda true, I assume "insect shells is the wrong term.

However, they will later have some use in the magic spells.
