in this case, the mobs were a hoard of elites. it'll explode when the mob moves out of the way and the tnt can fall on the ground, but it's really weird for it to just float there and do nothing...

this is most directly a bug w/ minetest_game, though it depends on the falling node mechanics of the "builtin lua" part of the engine.
