i think instead, more uses should be created for cocoa beans, other than creating chocolate. in #2834 we converted a lot of recipes from beans to chocolate where it made sense, but there's a couple recipes where it'd make more sense to use beans - as a stand-in for cocoa powder - instead of chocolate bars.

i'm still considering whether it'd be reasonable to make chocolate bars w/ other butter. perhaps w/ vegetable butter, but using "real" butter doesn't sound "shelf-stable" to me.
