rewired_X reports a bug:

Phantom hits with bow: The bow registers I hit someone even though 1. It has been enough time for the arrow to hit the ground and stay, and 2. I don't fire another shot afterwards. I'm not aiming at anyone, just mobs, yet the bow registers a hit (being PVP notice)

It did say I can't attack player. Well, I'm not attacking any players but rather mobs (the arena). Aliza and Chazz were both inside, and they both appeared with "you can't attack..." as if I hit them. Here's the problem: Both players are on the right side (from my perspective), I fire to the LEFT side, and it registers I hit Chazz. Strange. I hope that helps, reply back if you have further questions.
