Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

i'm curious to see whether this gets fixed, it's difficult to simulate crafting w/out something like the FakeInventory from my futil mod.
Now that I am reading this I wonder or guess that this might actually be the reason why my buckets disappeared from my machine. (cf. #2672)
EDIT: I think best would be when the Auto Crafter would stop crafting when there is not enough space in the result slots left.
