supposedly, lions and leopards will prey on ponies, and ownership/dreamcatchers won't help.
however, when i tried to test this, lions and leopards aren't preying on anything, there's perhaps some condition i'm missing. do they have to get hungry first?
Did you try with wild lions? Or with placed (tamed) ones? Might make a difference.
I went back 3 times looking in the pasture and Lupe wasn't there. On the 4th look, he showed up. This has also happened with my puppy and with one of my cats also. They'll not show up and then if I keep looking they show up.
So as far as I can tell it's just some sort of loading issue. This maybe doesn't qualify as a bug IDK but specifically for this animal, you can close this one.
I will stop taking action for missing animals (especially ones I know are in a very safe environment, as this one is) until I'm really more sure something actually did happen.
