in my "city", i've built a drill machine station for trade/transit w/ other cities, but there's nothing to hook it up to yet. i have no issue w/ adding a copy of my station somewhere in-or-beneath haven (and matching the style to haven vs. morlocks), but this is certainly not something i want to do on my own w/out some discussion and sign-offs.

alias and i have talked about this informally a few times before, but we need formality now.
