noting that the block is not in
group:food_meat_raw
and so is not currently edible by werewolves. @AliasAlreadyTaken did you change that? my memory says that it was edible, but i also don't trust that memory. Not that I know of, as far as I remember I never touched werewolf mechanics beyond the gamedesign layer
i suppose the question now is, should the werewolves by able to eat the blocks, and how much food stamina should they give?
cf. #4676
Perhaps we have raw meat blocks as a weaker gapple for werewolves? Like it heals only some HP but a lot of hunger
probably not. werewolf balancing needs to be more subtle - it shouldn't be an outright advantage. while i'm personally inconvenienced by the fact that werewolves can't eat golden apples, i don't think they should get any sort of roughly equivalent alternative. the work in #4132 is intended to provide a framework for implementing werewolves, but i can't say whether or not it'll ever be adopted by your-land at this point.
Opinion of Lupercus: werewolves cant eat raw meat blocks, i feel they should do for werewolves what cooked meat blocks do for player
