@sherkhan30452 do you mean á, é, í, ó, ú, ñ? those work fine for me. where are you having trouble using them? it might be a client-side font problem. are you on mobile? that might have worse unicode support.

I am on Laptop client ver 5.6.1, I don't even speak spanish. I copied from google translate and pasted in chat, then the special char like you mentioned á, é, í, ó, ú, ñ didn't appear instead left a blank space

Copying in from google translate works for me, done it multiple times. Sounds like clientside, maybe even clipboard related?

apparently fixed: 9b541f2948

looks like the fix will be part of the 5.7.0 release. @sherkhan30452 in the meantime, you could try building a copy of the game against the more recent irrlichtmt.
