Oakenshield reports a bug:

I have an idea for an improvement to tools. The material the tool is made of should not be the only factor in how good the tool is. There should be a skill in making things, especially tools, which is hard to level up in. A tool made by a player with a high level in this skill should have extra benefits. So, for instance, a diamond sword made by a newb might be equal to a silver sword made by a master smith. Just an idea, other features similar to that would be neat
