Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

when it was present, it was turned off, so not sure if it should be replaced.
I think in every city you should able to this.
I'd rather do without those portals. I remember they were inserted for show and because they were new, not because they had a function vital to the quest.
Since those portals are considered ancient and non-producable magic atm, I'd like to have them as rare as possible. Especially since they appear to be somewhat instable. It's the second time they vanish.
if i remember, they're essential to getting around the magicians' guild. but i agree that they shouldn't be used anywhere new.
The gormangorders quest area is IIRC designed in a way that it consists of two parts, connected via portal. The other part can still be reached by jumping over the fence in some areas, but that hardly seems like a good way to get around in a building.
Either the portal ought to be re-installed or the building changed so that it's possible to access the upper part without a portal.
As it's very close to the donut portal in Wahi Weri perhaps it's an old installation and can get its portal back.
