flux reports a bug:

the first time a player logs in, they shouldn't spawn right in the middle of haven - because it is far too laggy

i propose that they spawn in a "loading" area somewhere in the sky, sealed off, and away from all the signs/shops/itemframes etc.

they can go through a portal (or talk to an NPC?) to go to haven or another city or something
