The "other terrible build" is by the same player. This is could happen now:

player_21 might object to the area, since it is less than 150 blocks away from his base.

Maravillosa might object, since it is less than 300 blocks away from their borders.

Dracomoniton might object, since it is less than 300 blocks away from their borders.

Alias obejcts to the flying nature of the build and will certainly send a mail to the owner. It's not the first time there is a flying (and unwated) build near a city: Area 3346 near Odonhull. It does have artistic value in my opinion, but doesn't fit the Odonhull style to which the user was held by alexandre2005, the mayor of Odonhull.
