This is a dupe of #1359, which included a configuration fix for petz spawning in caves, but didn't do anything to remove animals already in the caves. Perhaps we should remove petz which are outside of their y-dimension bounds, unless they are owned by a player.

This could be implemented as a fairly generic override of the the on_activate or on_deactivate callback for all petz entities.

This is a dupe of #1359, which included a configuration fix for petz spawning in caves, but didn't do anything to remove animals already in the caves.
