Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

the affected area here is absolutely enormous, stretching from ~(25888,y,27328) to ~(26287,y,27567)
which is (25,y,15) mapblocks, or (5,2,3) mapchunks.
fixing this w/ only /deleteblocks isn't incredibly feasible, probably needs a script to re-emerge the entire area from bottom to top, and clean up leaves that may be left floating in neighboring blocks.
I protected the area so that noone else can settle there. Area id 2998
Deleteblocks or a removal on the database: The area needs to be gone and redone.
Doesn't matter much whether we emerge it ourselves or a player does next time someone visits.
