Hmm, this doesn't sound like the full idea. We should have a conversation with Xonon about the full premise and ruleset of this if we want to pursue it further.
This sounds like it'd be fun for a tag-like game where players color other players by hitting them with the wand. Eventually everyone is the same color.
This sounds oddly specific and I agree that we maybe ought to talk to Xonon about the idea behind this.
Maybe we can make a more general, but configurable variant, so that it can be used in a variety of games.
call the game "consensus". once consensus is reached, everyone wins :)
